Usually you will just need to pop their number in front of the number you want to call. Just compare their rates to your regular provider and be prepared to be shocked!

The Rwanda Development Gateway (RDG) is one of the components of the Rwanda Development Gateway Group established with the Government of Rwanda and the Development Gateway Foundation, and runs as a centre of the National University of Rwanda (NUR).
The RDG manages this national portal as platform for information sharing and exchange. The portal represents a one-stop-shop for information on Rwanda and as the country’s web interface to the rest of the world.
