For incredibly cheap rates and simple to use, no sign up, just easy VOIP (voice over internet protocol) calls where most of the time you’ll not know that you are not using a landline! Usually you will just need to pop their number in front of the number you want to call. Just compare their rates to your regular provider and be prepared to be shocked!
Rwanda Mobile offers a review of the different phone companies offering cheap rates to call Rwanda.
The Rwanda Development Gateway (RDG) is one of the components of the Rwanda Development Gateway Group established with the Government of Rwanda and the Development Gateway Foundation, and runs as a centre of the National University of Rwanda (NUR).
The RDG manages this national portal as platform for information sharing and exchange. The portal represents a one-stop-shop for information on Rwanda and as the country’s web interface to the rest of the world.
